Crisis Advocacy & Resource Education (CARE) . . .
ensuring families receive the care they need

• What we do: When individuals and families experience setbacks, such as the loss of a job or a prolonged illness, their ability to obtain basic necessities can be severely diminished.  The CARE program assists those in need of basic necessities such as food, transportation, medical needs, and other miscellaneous items, while providing case management services to transition our clients back to self-sufficiency.
  
  
  
  
• Who we serve: The CARE program is available to low income individuals within the greater Nashua area. 494 individuals were assisted in some capacity through the CARE Program last year.
