Prevention & Intervention of Homelessness. . .
because every child deserves a place to call home

  • What we do: In order to ensure that families maintain
    housing, we provide case management services and financial assistance with: rent, utilities, heating fuel, and security deposits. The Security Deposit Loan program (HSGP) also provides an opportunity for our clients to establish good credit.

  • Who we serve: During last fiscal year 437 low income
    individuals, at risk of becoming homeless, received services from the Prevention & Intervention of Homelessness Program(P & I) .

  • A new program: the Revolving Loan Fund, was developed to assist those at risk of foreclosure, providing a one-time loan to assist with mortgage payments. This new addition to the P & I program was the direct result of our collaboration with over 20 other agencies in the Continuum of Care.
